I couldn't have asked for a better location! The hotel is situated right across the Palace park, a stone's throw away from Karl Johans gate, and near all the major attractions. The rooms were spacious, with fold-up cots for the kids, and a handy kitchenette. The service was exceptional, especially with the helpful tips about the tram and bus routes. The dining options were great, offering a variety that included gluten-free and vegan choices. The only downside was the limited availability noted at the front desk. Overall, a excellent place to stay in Oslo!

My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The room I booked for the second day looked like it hadn't been decorated in years, and the bed wasn't great. On the bright side, I was able to stay for free, thanks to bonus points from a corporate account. The service, while friendly, lacked proactiveness in addressing issues like stopping the music quickly but not checking what was happening. However, they did answer my inquiries with patience, even though they couldn't resolve the Wi-Fi issue that seemed to persist across the entire hotel. The location was quite convenient, very close to the city center, the Carl Johan street, with easy access to the Theatre railway station, and just next door to the Royal Palace Gardens. The dining experience was mediocre, with good but nothing special breakfast options.
